These terms cover use of the Bolt Labs website and training catalog operated by BOLT LEARNING S.L. Contact consulting@theboltlabs.com for website or training questions, or privacy@the297.com for privacy matters.

Using the website

You may browse, compare training and request information for yourself or your organisation. Use accurate contact information and submit information about others only when authorised. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or interfere with other visitors.

Optional accounts and recommendations

Guest enquiries remain available. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect misuse. Onboarding is optional and may be repeated. Suggestions are informational, based on the available catalog and preferences, and do not guarantee suitability, course progression, a certification outcome or availability. No account-creation discount is promised.

Course information and enquiries

Course descriptions and schedules reflect the available provider data and may change. Check prerequisites, language, delivery, dates and final pricing with Bolt before booking. Adding a course to your selection, generating a PDF or sending an enquiry does not reserve a place, enter a paid order or confirm a contract. A booking requires separately confirmed commercial terms.

Intellectual property

Bolt and provider materials, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. You may use the catalog to evaluate training. Other use of protected materials requires the relevant owner's permission except where permitted by law.

Service and responsibility

We may update the website and take proportionate steps to prevent abuse or maintain security. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Applicable terms
