Cookie & browser storage policy

This website uses local browser storage for your training selection and privacy choice. Optional external videos are blocked until you allow them. No analytics or advertising scripts are currently installed.

Essential browser storage

bolt-enquiry-cart-v1 stores the courses, sessions and learner quantities you select on this device. It does not store the contact details entered in an enquiry. The selection remains until you remove it, complete an enquiry or clear your browser storage.

bolt-consent-v1 records your optional-video preference and its expiry. We ask again after 180 days, or if this storage is cleared. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only to the current visit.

Learning preferences and accounts

Your questionnaire draft uses bolt-training-preferences-session-v1 in session storage. It stays in the current browser tab for this visit and ends when that tab is closed. You can change your answers or discard the draft from the account screen. Creating an account is optional and separate from marketing consent. Answers are saved to your account only when you choose to save them.

A signed-in session uses an essential HTTP-only cookie, secured over HTTPS, with a seven-day lifetime that can renew while you use your account. Signing out ends that session. Clearing browser storage does not delete preferences already saved to your account; use the account controls to clear those preferences.

The main website and catalog have separate browser storage. Selecting courses in the catalog does not share the cart or your profile with the main website.

Optional external videos

When you allow external video, Vimeo receives connection information such as your IP address and browser information. Vimeo may use its own cookies or storage. The player requests Vimeo's do-not-track mode as an additional measure. It is never loaded before your consent.

Change your choice

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to accept, reject or change your optional-video preference. Rejecting does not prevent course search, selection or enquiries. Withdrawing permission removes the video player and stops further video loading; cookies already set by Vimeo can be cleared through your browser's settings.
